J. Fabian Velasco (with his wife Sheila)

Fabian, is a family man, born and raised in Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

In 1995 Fabian moved to San Diego and started his Civil Engineering career soon there after. His expertise in construction management has lead numerous projects throughout the state of California. Since 1997 he has worked in construction management key roles for the successful delivery of more than 30 projects with construction costs up to $285 millions.
